Wood is in excellent condition with minor scratches and handling marks.
Steel is in excellent condition. There are some wear marks around the edges of the floorplate (see pic #12). The rifle is a saltwood era gun, but there is no evidence of rust on the barreled action or on the buttplate screws.
The scope is in excellent condition with good optics and minor handling marks. There is a noticible scratch on the eyepeice tube (see pic #9).
This is a beautiful rifle with a nice vintage scope that would make a nice addition to any collection.
