The Lee-Enfield was the standard military rifle of the United Kingdom from 1895 through 1957. This Enfield No.5 MK I was manufactured by the Birmingham Small Arms works. The bolt does not match and has a Royal Ordnance Factory (Fazakerley) serial number FZ 839. .303 British
