Colt-Burgess Model Lever Action Rifle with Part-Octagon, Part-Round Barrel
Description: Very rare Colt-Burgess rifle with part-octagon, part round barrel. Only 35 were produced with this type barrel configuration out of a total of 3,810 rifles and 2,593 carbines that were produced. It was only produced from the spring of 1883 until approximately early January of 1885. The rifle is 25 1/2 in length and is chambered in the .44-40 caliber. It is in very good condition and is an ultra collectible rifle that belongs in an avid Colt collector's possesion.
