21 inch round barrel. Original wood in good condition with a rifle style buttplate and has original sling and rings. Mechanical functions are good. Overall metal is aged and a plum brown patina coloration with good traces of bright blue underneath. Has a couple of visible cartouches and several inspector marks. Good looking untouched gun from the Civil War era.
