The CA-3 is a military surplus, civilian reproduction of the famous G3 service rifle issued to NATO forces during the Cold War. The rifle is assembled by PTR Industries and comes equipped with authentic surplus parts from retired military-grade rifles. Featured surplus parts include the stock, forend, adjustable front sight, rotary aperture rear sight, trigger group, bolt and bolt carrier, and is paired with new, American-made components that include the trunnion, barrel, flash hider, stamped receiver, hammer, sear, and charging handle.

This model features a collapsible stock to reproduce the original look of the G3A1 and comes in the classic phosphate finish. The trigger group has been modified from the original military surplus specifications to meet compliance with NFA regulations. The American parts are manufactured by PTR Industries. One 20-round magazine is included.
