Chapuis Progress UGEX Double Rifle in 9.3x74 with 23 5/8" ejector barrels with bores as new. Quarter rib with factory dovetails for scope mounting. Single standing rear sight with ramp front sight. Scalloped French Silver reciever with 70% coverage rose and scroll engraving. Bushed strikers. Double triggers. Pistol grip stock of nicely figured French Walnut with right hand palm swell. LOP is 15 1/8" to a checkered wood buttplate. Small beavertail forend with Deeley forend release. 7lb 8oz Chapuis is the best of the modern double rifles. This gun has seen little use. It has been fired but not hunted. Blue and checkering remain at 99%. There are a few handling marks in the stock finish. Factory plastic hard case included. Excellent value.
