Original Antique Civil War Smith carbine 50 caliber. Marked Smiths Patent, June 23, 1857 by Poultney & Trible Baltimore. The wood is good dents and dings which would be expected from use. The metal is a smooth grey brown color. The carbine appears complete and has a nice tight action. Overall a very good antique civil war carbine. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
