Appears about complete but hammer is broken off as seen in photos the wood is termite eaten possibly from sandy soil, Remarquably, with metal is very clean, I have not forced the action open though, and has rear sight, saddle ring bar and ring,  and butt-plate attached to remainder of the butt[-stock.Pissibly the hammer btoke off amnd the gun was tossed?
