 A U.S. Civil War Military Issued Burnside Carbine In Very Nice Untouched Condition. Serial #38196 with all matching numbers. The carbine has very fine metal, markings & edges throughout. It is fully U.S. sub inspected. All of the fine metal on the carbine has a very untouched natural darkened and even natural brown patina throughout it. The metal has very fine edges to it. All screws are also fine throughout. The original wood is fine throughout with crisp edges and a wonderful color to it. There is a visible U.S. inspectors cartouche on the backside. The carbine has an excellent action and bright bore in it. This U.S. Civil War Military Issued Burnside Carbine Has A Very Fine Look To It From One End To The Other!
