Description:
A good working Spld musket dated 1826 musket with a b reech dated 1862 when it was converted to Percussion and made a musketoon, witn a 31" round barrel The extgerior metal is smootn and blue on the lock and barrel 0comes wit an iron trumnphet ram-rod, amnd the action works well. The Amedrkican black walnut stock is good with still a faint oval proof and tshe number 3 on the left side.The .69 cal. bore is very clean and some mild corrosion nearer the muzzle.Overall a very clean Civil War converted U,S. Martial musket.
