Very Fine Richmond Confederate Musket. In untouched condition. Metal has a nice even dark patina. Lock is dated 1863 with “CS Richmond VA”. Stock is in great condition, does have period carving of initials “W.K. 68, E.K. 14, T.K.18” and “C.K. 64” at wrist. These initials are very interesting, as all end with “K”. It could be a family that fought together!
