The Dissent Mk4 features bufferless receiver designed for use with folding stocks and braces along with intermediate cartridges like the popular 5.56x45mm NATO. The Dissent utilizes CMMG‚s patented Compact Action system, allowing for reliable direct impingement operation without the need for a buffer tube assembly. The Dissent also sports side charging handle forward of the action, allowing for easier manipulation of the charging handle to chamber rounds or clear malfunctions. The charging handle is non-reciprocating to allow for use with modern shooting stances and is easily reversible to accommodate left-handed users.

This model is chambered in 6mm ARC and features a Sniper Grey cerakote finish. One 10-round magazine is included.
