Colt AR15 A2, Pre-Ban, HBAR Sporter, EXC COND,  w/ Box & All accessories.  SN: SP 220035 

Description:
           This Colt rifle is accompanied by the original box, 4 Colt marked magazines, cleaning rods, chamber brush, tools, sling and manual. The box has the early Green label. The serial number table I found suggests the manufacturing date is 1972.
          The rifle was owned by a perfectionist who meticulously cared for his weapons. The rifle has been lightly used and well maintained as is apparent by the Excellent overall condition. The bore is as new and the action is in fine operating condition, with very little wear showing. The rifle has been stored in the box, so it’s a bit “soft”, but it has offered protection over all of these years.  The exterior surfaces of the rifle show just a few modest blemishes as shown in the photos.
          Note that this Pre-Ban has the dreaded bayonet lug and is therefore restricted in some states.  Please check your local law before your decision to purchase. I can’t research the ever-changing law in 50 states in advance, but I will verify before completing the sale.
          This is a great Colt AR for your collection and is enhanced by the Box and Original Accessories.  .223 Cal.  Serial Number, SP220035.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $45.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Driver’s License, Etc.), showing date of birth and current address will be required.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
Sales:
All sales are made with the buyer’s full acceptance of the stated terms of sale. All sales are made in strict compliance with all Federal Firearms Laws. No items contained in thissite are offered for sale where prohibited by any Federal, State or Local laws. By ordering, the buyer certifies that their purchase will be in full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws. All transactions shall be deemed to occur in Pennsylvania regardless whether by telephone, mail, internet or the physical location of the buyer. All transactions will be subject only to Federal and Pennsylvania State law. Any disputes will be resolved in a Pennsylvania Court. 
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 60 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
