Description: Correct sights on the 24 inch octagon barrel. Action is excellent and bore is fine. Most all of the original hi gloss blue remains. Just some wear on the upper tang. Case colors on the hammer. Nice Colt fire blue on screws and trigger. Beautiful little Colt. The 22 Caliber Lightning rifles will take all Long or all Short .22 cartridges, or part long and part short. This one was made in 1901.
