Not much to say about the condition of this NIB rifle, except to say the photos are integral to the description and tell the story best. Buyer is to pay actual cost of shipping and insurance. We cannot accept credit cards or person to person payment apps, so please don't ask. We do, however, accept United States Postal Service money orders, as well as Bank Checks or Bank Cashier's Checks as payment for purchases. We routinely mechanically function test firearms that we offer for sale, but we DO NOT test fire them, especially so when they are new and unfired, except for test firing at the factory. This is a new rifle, so the standard return privilege normally required for used guns obviously does not apply to this listing.  LAYAWAYS: Layaway Terms: We offer layaway on most items for a 90-day period. Items exceeding $2,000.00 are offered a 120-day period. The terms require a minimum non-refundable down payment of 20% with no required payment plan for the remaining balance. The down payment and a copy of Buyer's transfer FFL's license must be received by Seller within ten days of Buyer's acceptance of these terms. Remaining payments are at the Buyer’s discretion, but the full remaining balance due must be completed by the 90th day. All payments, including the down payment, are non-refundable in the event of Buyer's cancellation or non-payment of the remaining balance due by the 90th day.
