Colt Sauer ~ Sporting ~ 7mm Remington Magnum ~1979 Production

Description:
This Colt Sauer Sporting Rifle is chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum with a 23.5" barrel. The left front side of the receiver is marked "CR20787", and at the center is a rampant Colt logo with "COLT SAUER / SPORTING RIFLE", and a J.P. Sauer logo. The top of the barrel is marked "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO., HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A." The right side of the receiver is marked with the date code "HK", an eagle over N, Kiel, and "Made in W. Germany / by J.P. Sauer & Sohn". The right side of the barrel is stamped with an eagle over "N" and a Colt triangle "VP" proof. The top of the receiver has a pair of bases mounted. The stock is one-piece checkered walnut with a darker wood nose and pistol grip cap, Monte Carlo comb with cheekpiece, ventilated black rubber Colt Sauer recoil pad. The grip cap has the rampant Colt medallion. Comes with a single magazine. This gun still remains in very good condition and appear it's not been used much. 7mm Remington Magnum

Chambers: Bolt action.
Metal Condition: 95% + remaining. Finish wear at the front of the muzzle. Light marks on the scope mount bases and light scuffing on the bolt body from manipulation.
Wood Condition: About 95% + remaining. The stock shows fine scattered marks with light dings. The checkering shows no issues.
Bore Condition: Bright bore with minimal wear.
Barrels: 23.5" barrel.
Triggers: Single trigger.
Stock Dimensions:

Fore End: Checkered.
Butt Pad: Rubber.
Sights: None.
