Appears new and unfired with a factory 10 round magazine so that is not a compliance issue.  Created by American Historical Society / America Remembers using a Springield M1-A with a high polish, gloss finished stock, 24k gold plated accents and special serial numbering; MC0015.  Being sold for a Marine who is up against it financially and has 3 firearms listed here for sale.  Listing for him as he is not a computer person.  Rifle will be shipped to any FFL location in the lower 48 as long as it is not locally restriced.  Be sure of your local laws before acting.  It will be shipped by Ground Advantage with a copy of a Maine Driver's License enclosed for the FFL records.  I will need a copy of an FFL before shipping.  Shipping cost will be $75 which will include full value of insurance and it will be VERY carefully packed in a very durable container.  There is no sales tax or additional fees as it is coming from an individual.  Make sure your FFL will accept from an individual with a driver's license copy enclosed.  No returns and sale will be final so ask any questions before you decided to committ.  Thank you.
