This rifle was built by JK Cloward. He won the 1976 International Palma Match & was the Armorer For the US Palma Team in 1980. He lived in Washington State & passed away about 5 years ago. Talented men like him are almost gone. I do not have a round count on this rifle. I ran a bore scope down the barrel to check the bore & throat lands in the chamber. The lands start at the beginning of the bore & appear pronounced. Regardless it is not new but in good condition. The Quadlock receiver cost $1500 if you can get one. The wood blank, woodwork, sights & hardware, would cost more than the selling price. The price of this rifle is $2800, including insured shipping in a hard case. Buyer has 3 days after receiving rifle to return. Rifle may be returned unfired as shipped. Shipping Insured both ways will be at buyer's expense. Please look at photos for the best description.
