This Model 56 Jackson Hunter is in excellent condition. The wood stock and exterior barrel is blemish free. Barrel is clean, clear and has an excellent bore. The bolt knob on handle has some scratches. Please see pictures. This rifle has been reworked at Cooper firearms by the head gunsmith. Shortened front action screw. Reshaped front of the magazine. Barrel was recrowned and crown polished. Also added stock clearence for front actions screw. The rifle features a lap barrel and custom muzzle brake. This is a premium handcrafted long range hunting rifle. Its an investment, but totally worth it. All information is correct to the best of our knowledge.
