Custom Springfield 1903 30-06 Engraved Scoped
Description:
Highly engraved rifle, professionally done, with silver inlay deer scene on the floorplate (?Ogawa). Scoped with a period Weaver K2.5 fine xh scope in a Pachmyr side swing mount allowing use of original ladder rear sight present, front sight intact. 24" Medium sporter barrel w excellent bore. Nicely shaped and checkered stock, 14" thru PM pad, ebony tip, bone or ivory inlays. Highly polished metalwork, strong blue with minimal scattered light oxidation. Two stage trigger. About 9 1/4 lbs. Note does not sit down fully with rear sight installed.
