Nice custom rig that needs a new home. Shot it 43 times, 20 times cleaning after each shot, 20 times cleaning every 3-4 rounds, then 3 shots hunting.
Rem 700 early ADL action, nice brown/purple bolt handle, some finish wear on knob. Shilen Match Grade Barrel 308 Caliber, #7 Contour, 1 in 10" Twist, 23 ¾” measured from front of receiver, Stainless Steel. DD Ross floorplate, krylon painted (some wear to paint, easily repainted). McMillan M40 pattern stock, Wichita swivels, brown decelerator pad, 13.5” LOP, heavy fill, two pillars, when installing stock was opened up just slightly more to left of barrel than to the right-see photos. Gunsmith trued action, recut action threads, lapped bolt lugs, machined threads/chambered/crowned barrel, tuned trigger to 2.5#. Stock and barrel have not yet been bedded, still managed a three round group at 300 meters measuring under an inch. I believe the barrel lug is badger ord. 11# 10oz as pictured witihout scope/rings/sling. My asking price is well below the cost of the above components.
