Up for sale is a custom build by HILL COUNTRY RIFLES in chambered in 308 Winchester. I purchased this rifle from an estate sale in March 2015. This rifle had been customed ordered on a new Remington 700 action in August 2007. The owner fell into bad health and passed away before he got to fire it. It has remained unfired, except for factory testing. I contacted Hill Country Rifles shortly after I purchased and they agreed to send me the rifle build sheet/invoice minus the original owners name and address. In August of 2007 the cost to build on the owners Remington 700 action was $3277.00. The rifle, in my opinion is in very good-excellent condition but I can take more pictures and judge for yourself the condition. The scope is NOT INCLUDED, but can be bought at an additonal cost.
