Martin Hagn, of British Columbia, Canada, and his custom falling block actions have been and are one of the most celebrated single shot rifle maker/actions, EVER! This spectacular rifle is built on a medium action with a 25” round barrel and is upgraded with the following options: Checkered steel butt ($600), Talley integral mounts ($600), tang safety ($400), gold trade mark ($150) and exhibition wood ($1000). That makes $3250 in options on top of the $16,000 base price for a total with scope, rings and import fees well in excess of $20,000!
The condition of wood, barrel and action are nearly flawless with the slight exception of: a small “ding” in the bottom edge of the stock about two inches from the toe; the stock swivel stud is missing; and there is a very fine, almost invisible, scratch on the right side of the receiver. Weighs 8 lbs. 10 oz. 13 ¾” LOP. Trigger breaks at 1 lb. 4 oz. Topped with a Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14x44 scope.
