Mauser 98

Description:
This Mauser 98 has been completely redone in 22/250 with a new Douglas XX Premium air gaged 24 inch barrel, 1-12 twist and is .750" at the muzzle. The barrel fitting and chambering were completed by Douglas. It has only been fired for the purpose of load development to demonstrate the accuracy potential. All metal has been recently blued. The stock is of Claro walnut and is glass bedded with a free floating barrel The forend tip and grip cap are of Cocobollo. All stock work was completed by me. The trigger and safety are by Timney. The scope and rings are not included but the the Weaver bases will remain on the rifle. It shows very good accuracy potential in a great varmint cartridge. Must be shipped to a FFL.
