Description:
One of the finest stockmakers in his day, Paul Jager stocked this early pre-64 model 70 in
300 Magnum. These early 300 H&H magnums were just marked 300 Magnum because no others were available at the time. Typical Jaeger quality with a beautiful piece of walnut. Would be difficult to reproduce this rifle at twice my price of $3000 including insured shipping in a hard case.
