This is a Winchester High Wall falling block rifling chambered for 40-65. The 31” stainless Ron Long barrel has a 1-¼” straight octagonal profile and is in excellent condition. The bore is in excellent condition with sharp, undamaged rifling. It is mounted with a spirt level globe front sight and no rear sight. The color case hardened receiver is in excellent condition, the breech block has been blued. This rifle has a single trigger. The Walnut forend and buttstock are in very good condition with the exception of several scattered light scratches and handling marks throughout. The buttstock has a metal color case hardened buttplate and the forend has a Rosewood inlay. Length of pull is 13-1/4”, overall length is 46”, and weight is 9.8 lbs. Our stock number is #C309.
