Being offered is the CZ 527 American chambered in .22 Hornet is a legendary bolt-action rifle, prized for its true micro-Mauser action, lightweight design, beautiful Turkish walnut stock, and outstanding accuracy. Although the CZ 527 series was discontinued in 2021, these rifles remain highly sought after by collectors and hunters alike, especially as an ideal walking varmint rifle.

The .22 Hornet cartridge is known for its mild recoil, relatively quiet report, and excellent accuracy out to approximately 150 yards. It’s an outstanding choice for small to medium-sized varmints such as prairie dogs, ground squirrels, and woodchucks, offering impressive performance without excessive noise or unnecessary damage. The controlled-round-feed micro-Mauser action provides smooth, reliable cycling, while CZ’s renowned single-set trigger allows for an exceptionally crisp, light trigger pull when desired.

This rifle is in nearly pristine condition. The bluing is excellent throughout, and the Turkish walnut stock is beautiful, showing only one very small surface mark on the underside of the stock next to the magazine (please see photos). It includes one factory detachable 5-round magazine and the original CZ factory scope rings.

 We only ship firearms to Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) Dealers. However, we do accommodate shipments of Curios & Relic (C&R) eligible firearms to qualified C&R holders. Please note that we reserve the right to require any firearm purchase to be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer. In order to avoid any potential delays in processing, please ensure that you select a suitable FFL Dealer. Failure to do so may result in significant processing delays.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure we receive a copy of your dealer's FFL. We will make every effort to make sure that your transaction goes fast and smooth. We require a valid, signed, and legible copy of your dealer's FFL prior to shipment.

Once payment and all required documents are received, we generally ship all orders within 3 business days. Depending on where the firearm is being shipped a signature may be required (for example; when the firearm is being sent to a home based FFL). Once your order has been shipped, we will email buyer with tracking information and change the order to a shipped status.
