Dakota Arms 7x57 Model 76 Classic.
Based on DA's standard length action w/ a claw extractor, M70 type 3-position safety and M70 type trigger, jeweled bolt body and 3-panel checkered bolt knob, straddle floorplate and inside-the-bow release, and a 23" Douglas premium barrel. 
Very nice piece of Special Select English walnut w/ a RH shadowline cheekpiece, a 13 1/2" LOP over a traditional skeleton butt plate, w/ a traditiona skeleton grip cap and two KH inletted sling swivels. Three panel checkering over the wrist and on the forend w/ an ebony forend tip.
The rifel is in excellent conditon overall w/ all of its factory blue finish remaining and only a few handling marks here or there on the stock.
A very nice rifle in one of history great sporting cartridges.
