Description:
   Manton 470 Nitro Express Hammer Double Rifle.  Refurbished in England in 1999.  This rifle is very tight on face and includes a Greener Cross-Bolt system.  An extractor rifle with 26 inch barrels and great bores.  One standing and one folding rear sight and ramp front.  Buttstock and fore-end are finely checkered and the buttstock has great finish. LOP is 14 7/8 with rubber english butt pad.
   Hammers are well timed and breach face has only very minor wear and water table is clean with no pitting. Action is polished.  
This rifle is very accurate with the enclosed target showing 3 rounds of Norma African PH softs fired from the right barrel covered by the black tabs.  The three rounds of Federal Premium Cape Shock solids were fired from the left barrel and are covered by the red tabs. Target was 25 yards. 
   Included are 12 rounds of federal Premium Cape Shock solids, 9 rounds of Norma African PH softs, 20 rounds of Hornady solids, 8 rouds of once-fired Norma brass, 100 ct. 500gr Swift A-Frame softs, 65 practice rounds in Norma brass which are softs and loaded with 45gr. of 5744 and are very accurate as well.  I'm selling the practice rounds as components.  A set of Redding dies are included with shell holder.
