L Christophe Bruxelles light Double Rifle. 10.75x52r grundig straight taper. 25" barrels. 13 1/4" LOP to front trigger. Trigger and action functions great and is tight. Barrel markings on block crown/R, */v,EL, K/PV, ELG in a circle crown. Acier Comprime on barrels. Barrels stamped 10.3 which converts to 10.75. L Christophe Bruxelles engraved in bottom of receiver. Barrels appear to be an older reblue due to blocks being blue. barrels and bore in very good condition. I have one loaded shell for it that fits in bore very nice. I have not shot it. I also found and am including 20 10.75x65r brass, available from Graf & Sons, one of which I have cut down. I purchased a set of dies from CH4D tool in Mount Vernon Ohio but it was a bottle neck 10.75. Spoke with Dave, the owner of CH4D and he said they made one set of the straight wall around 20 years ago and could make another set, but are backed up and would take several months. He suggested getting a casting of the chamber. I've slugged the barrel to .423-.4235. So, I've decided to sell it. This exceptionally light (under 7 pounds) double express rifle, with 25? steel dovetailed bbls, has full length raised, matted rib fitted with one standing, one folding leaf rear, and silver bead front sights. Case hardened scallop-backed boxlock action features non-automatic safety (S inlaid in gold), crossbolt third fastener, and double triggers (front set). Action is engraved with nicely cut small scroll. “L. Christophe Bruxelles” is on floorplate. Nicely marbled European walnut grip buttstock. Here is one that sold on James D.
