SOLD - #82467, Heym Sidelock 375 H&H Model 88B Deluxe Pinless Back Action Sidelock with Gold Inlays, Made in 1995, Like buying it new, Upgraded wood, Their Anson Type Action with a Greener crossbolt, Intercepting Safety sears, 25" Ejector Shoe Lump barrels with a rib extension for the crossbolt, Extended 1/4 rib with 1 standing sight, Factory installed claw mount bases, Factory installed rail mounted Swarovski PH Habicht 1.25 - 4 x24 with their #24 illuminated reticle with a circle and red dot, Double triggers, Bolstered frame, Cocking indicators, Locking screws on key screws, Splinter forend with a selector on the bottom to select either ejector or extractor, Shadowline cheekpiece, Sling swivels, Steel trigger guard & tang, 14 3/8" LOP over a 1" leather pad with a 7/16" spacer, 8 lbs. 6 oz. and 9 lbs. 10 oz. with the Swarovski, Very nice upgraded wood with deep black/brown contrast, Palm swell for the right hand, 100% coverage of very well done 88B hand-cut scroll engraving with a Gold Lion and Gold Cape Buffalo, Engraved by German Master Engraver Mr. Hendrik Fruehauf and signed, It is cased in a leather trunk. This is almost like buying it new but at a much more attractive price as a new order would probably be twice the price. The original barrel blue is at 99.5%, The frame finish at 100%, The original stock finish at 99.5%, The checkering remains at 100%, The bores remain as new. In the field of current double rifles, the Heym is only one of two that our shop feels comfortable with to go the course with reliability and function over the long haul of serious shooting and African hunting. When you bring this gun to hand you can see a Cape Buffalo and smell the African bush. - SOLD
