This original Parker double barrel Hammer Shotgun was lined and modified to use the 50-70 cartridges with black powder ONLY. It has 16-3/8” twist tapered round barrels with a ramped blade front sight and a 3 leaf express rear sight mounted on the matted rib. The bores are in very good condition. The checkered Walnut butt stock and forend is in good condition with the exception of some usage marks and worn checkering. The butt stock has the original Parker Brothers hard plastic buttplate. The locks work as intended and have Parker Bros on both lock plates. The action is tight and functions as it should. Length of pull is 13-1/2” and 14-1/4“. Overall length is 33”. Weight is 8.6 lbs.
