London; Made Expressley For Lyon & Lyon, Calcutta: A 450/400 3" Nitro Express Westley Richards Boxlock Double Rifle, Made in 1906, 26" Shoe Lump Extractor Barrels with dolls head third bite, Full length rib with 1 standing & 4 folding rear sights, Both barrels are initialed "F.L." which most likely was Fred Lilley, Original London Nitro Proved (Not Birmingham) at 60 cordite with a 400 grain bullet, Bushed strikers, Double triggers, Splinter forend with a Deeley & Edge forend release, Pistol grip stock with a horn grip cap, Sling eyes, Shadowline cheekpiece, 13 9/16" LOP over a checkered horn buttplate, With a 1" pad it will go 14 3/8" LOP, We left it with the horn buttplate so you can pick the LOP, 10 lbs. 10 oz., Excellent and well figured wood, 70% engraving coverage with Tiger scenes, The barrels were professionally reblacked and now at 98% blue, The stock refinished and now at 95%, The checkering is at 97%, The bores are very good with very good rifling the entire way. This is a very solid rifle with a great size action body, solid wood, remains smack on the face and it will shoot as it came from a true rifleman. There are a lot of bullets, cases, all the loading dies and everything you need that belong to the past owner and can be bought at a reasonable price.
