J.P. Sauer Drilling 16x16?. Drilling by J.P. Sauer. Shotgun is 16 gauge with 2 9/16” chamber not 2 ¾”. Rifle barrel is close to a 10.75x65Rmm Collath. Case does not taper. We don’t have any Collath ammo and thus we do not know the rifle caliber. Barrels are marked Dreilauter System J.P. Sauer & Sohn Suhl. Side lever opener. Top lever selects the rifle barrel. All bores are very good plus. Rifle trigger is an adjustable set. Stock forend has a chip out of the left side at the top edge. Checkering shows hunting wear. Butt stock has better checkering. (Note: all checkering is factory done). Action works perfectly. Barrels are 26” long. Gun is in good plus to very good condition overall. Due to short chamber shotgun barrels 2 9/16” and unknown rifle caliber, we strongly urge you to not shoot this gun until all safety requirements are satisfied.
