This perhaps the rarest finest collector quality 2 barrel set of Krieghoff German pre-war drilling workmanship available in America today.  It is the incomparable Kriefhoff 'Blitz' drop -out' lock model with 2 complete barrels in A-1 Bristol condition.   The calibers are optimal for utility and desirability -12 gauge 12 gauge over 7 mmR Mauser and 16 gauge X 16 Gauge over 5.4mm (Savage 22 high power).  BOTH sets have their OWN INDIVIDUAL mint condition original Carl Zeiss Jena  Zielvier Optic telescopes. The optics are serial numbered to the barrels and have the Krieghoff quick disconnect special 'Montage' mounts. Everything matches. Gorgeous game scene engraving and spectacular engraved furniture. Fine line multipoint checkering of course with horn appointments and set trigger.   ALL bores are flawless and bright.   BBl length on large bores is 22"  BBl length on smaller bore barrel is 28"  The drop out lock mechanism is bright and flawless with all the precision of a fine Swiss watch.  It can be removed for service or repair in a matter of seconds with ANY tools!  The devices retaining it are truly James Bond ingenuity grade. Dieter Krieghoff of Krieghoff international USA - personally told me that his grandfather told him these Blitz drop out locks were among the finest he ever made.   The pictures tell the story.
