Offered is an excellent Imman Meffert Drilling. I'm not sure where Gustave fits in to the Meffert family but I assume as an agent. The blue is thinning and dulling.The engraving by the early German master engravers is superb. The wood is overall excellent with checking loosing sharpness from wear. But, still good appearance. forward sling swivel is missing. I see no indication of the scopes maker. There is a small plate that appears to have 18GM inscribed on it.(just a guess) However the optics are great and the scope is of high quality and looks to have been on the gun for ever. The bores and action are all excellent. I've hand loaded the rifle and have a pair of dies and a dozen cases that I will include. It's a fun gun to shoot. antique so no paper work needed. $50 shipping
