Miller & Val of Greiss, Munchen Drilling , Cal 16 X 16, 8x57JR Ser.34770. LOP 14 1/8" Choked Fulland Modified
Description: Miller & Val of Greiss, Munchen Drilling , Cal 16 X !6, 8x57JR Ser.34770. LOP 14 1/8" Choked Fulland Modified. Awesome is the only way to describe this drilling. The firm of Miller & Val. was a provider of very high quality custom firearms. The condition of this gun is just outstanding. It actually appears unused. The remaining blue is an honest 99.9%. There isn't a scratch, pin prick or rub mark on the barrels anywhere. The receiver is in a silver gray finish. Also 99.9%. It is lavishly covered with English Scroll engraving. Even screw heads are engraved to look like sunbursts or flowers. It has every feature that is normally found in the best Drillings. It features a Anson & Deely crossbolt locking system also engraved. There are three cocking indicators, The rifle barrel also has a set trigger. Activating the push button on the rear of the receiver pops up the rear sight and simultaneously activates the rifle firing mechanism. Sliding the button to the rear retracts the rifle sight. The safety is the sliding button on the left side of the frame. The the barrels are pristine showing no use. The rifle bore is mirror bright with razor sharp rifling. The gun locks up tight and all features function as when they left the factory. The beautifully grained hand checkered walnut stock and hand guard are in super condition showing no use. There are two flattened points in the pistol grip and that's it. The trigger guard, gripcap and buttplate are made of pressed buffalo horn in the tradition of high priced German firearms. The toe of the stock has a Sterling siver inlay with the first owners initial. They just don't come nicer than this fine example of pre-war German gunsmithing. It comes with two boxes of ammo. ....Shipped ....... $3495....OBO To purchase this firearm or if you want to request more information contact us at: Email ckguns[at]ymail[dot]com Phone 201-512-0002 Cell 201-575-6838 FAX 201-215-4759 We accept most major credit cards.
