WW2 FAZAKERLY ENFIELD SMLE NO.4 MK. 1 .303BRIT MILITARY RIFLE. Serial number "FA241XXX" and all matching on receiver, stock, bolt handle and magazine as well as forend behind front band. Lightly stamped on left receiver "No.4 Mk.1 ROF(F) 7/43". Flip up sight stamped circle/P on top of dial and P under. Dark blue/brown finish overall with traces of cosmoline in recesses. Stock deeply struck with matching serial number on top of wrist and forend(Twice). Nice brass buttplate with mustard color setting in due to NO cleaning. Front band with "C.E.W." and broad arrow and behind that "M.B.13". 'C.E.W."/ broad arrow on sling swivel band. Mint bore and rifling and it's a tack driver as it was my own personal Enfield for years. Stock finish dark and rich and no heavy dings or scratches. Probably an import but can't find markings besides small caliber marking on side of receiver typical.
