This 10 round semi- auto rifle has a 22 inch barrel featuring a bayonet lug and a threaded muzzle with a thread protector installed. ME measures an astounding 1 on my gauge (pictured). Receiver is clearly marked "AL" for Armee Luxembourg, 8087, Fabrique Nationale D'Armes De Guerre Herstal Belgique, and serial # 4247 which matches the serial # on the top cover. Other military markings are present elsewhere. THERE ARE NO IMPORT MARKS ON THIS RIFLE! Stock is in very good condition and is made of a dark Walnut. There are no major marks or cracks but there is a small chip at the heel. The steel buttplate has a trap door covering two channels made for cleaning kit and oiler storage. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO OWN ONE OF THE LAST GREAT BATTLE RIFLES OUT OF A CONTRACT OF ONLY 6203 UNITS.
