Both the Geissele CHF barrel and Forged Stressproof Bolt® are High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI), and work in concert to achieve unmatched dependability with match-grade accuracy. The Forged Stressproof Bolt® is made from Carpenter 158+, directly developed with Carpenter Steel metallurgists to create a material that is cleaner and has less impurities. This makes the Stressproof Bolt® stronger and more fatigue resistant, capable of 5 times the life of a mil-spec bolt. The Super Duty features a precisely balanced gas system, including the bomb-proofed Super Compact Gas Block, fine-tuned gas port sizing and Super 42® braided buffer spring. These purposefully selected components minimize felt recoil while maintaining reliable cycling, even in adverse conditions. The MOD1 features the HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device, offering seamless compatibility with the innovative HUXWRX FLOW series. 5.56 NATO
