Barrels marked "AMMtn 375 2 1/2" case cordite 40 grains, bullet 270 grains. WW Greener maker 40 Pall Mall London SW". Rear sight 100 yard standing, 200 & 300 yard folding leaves. Bead front catapillar. Proof marks "Birmingham view and nitro definitive 375 2.50 cordite 40-270 max". Also has Greener in-house elephant proof. Stamped GY indicating barrel maker. Bores show cordite wear. Ejectors. Sculpted facile princeps action. Retains high percentage case color, probable original. 80% medium scroll engraving. Disc-set strikers. Greener cross-bolt lug. Classic Greener side safety. Trigger bow retains 75% original blue with open scroll engraving. Forend excellent, multi-point checkering, Deely & Edge forend catch. Possible pointing up of checkering.
