Description:
Harrington and Richardson Armory Model U.S. Rifle M1 Garand is a right-hand semi-auto U.S. Military rifle in .30-06 Springfield. It has a 24-inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable aperture rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth hardwood pistol grip. The forearm is smooth with two pieces of hardwood. The barrel is stamped HRA 8-54. MW: 1+, TE: 2. The Garand was the service rifle of the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean War. It remained in service with the Army Reserve, Army National Guard, and Navy until the early 1970s. A very nice M1 Garand worthy of anyone's collection. Stock shows it's share of dings and scratches. This one needs a good cleaning. It's loaded with grease. .30-06 Springfield
