Description: This H&R 1873 rifle was made in commemoration of their 100 years of gunmaking, as such they had brought back a version of one of the first rifles that they has produced under contract for the US Military. This rifle is at its heart a 1873 "Trapdoor" rifle which has been given the moniker the Officers Model, due to the upgrades given to it, such as the Creedmoor style peep sight, checkered stock and rolled engravings on the receiver. The overall condition of this rifle is excellent, with the only wear being a few scratches to the stock in front of the wrist on the left side.
