.44rf, #6006, 24 inch barrel, blue finish on iron barrel/magazine tube/lever, brass receiver/magazine follower/butt plate, engraving on brass was probably done after leaving the factory, walnut stock, barrel sight may be later replacement, filled dovetail on barrel in the middle of the "Henry's Patent 1860" and "New Haven Firearms Co New Haven CT" barrel address, 4 piece iron cleaning rod in butt, late style lever, matching serial numbers on barrel/butt plate/stock/bottom tang, 1864.
Condition: bore has black powder oxidation the length of the barrel but still exhibits strong rifling, barrel has 80% blue thinning and toning to plum, brass components are smooth pleasing mustard color, excellent stock, excellent mechanically, excellent marks.
