This is a brand new, never fired Henry rifle. What happened was that it was on display and a former employee grabbed another gun that was hanging next to it and accidentally knocked it off the wall, when it fell, it struck some other rifles below it causing the damage to the foregrip and stock. The damage to the stock is minor and possibly could be fixed without it being noticed, but as you can see from the pictures, the foregrip has two gouges in the wood. The only damage to the rifle is cosmetic, there is no damage to the rifle otherwise and will come with the original box.

The price listed is wholesale cost, we are selling this as is, it still does have the factory Henry warranty.
