A rare and interesting Holland & Holland magazine rifle action built on a Mauser single square bridge action suitable for magnum cartridges. This is a chance to start your build using a supremely well-built H&H Magnum action, (Vintage Firearms Inc can help with any questions on building a complete rifle, we have all the required expertise in house to fulfill your wildest ideas- please call to discuss)! Made in London in 1918 this deluxe action is a takedown! By undoing the large front screw, the action and Barrel are separated from the stock allowing compact storage and ease of cleaning. With the barrel and action remaining together one need never worry about zero again, with this system it’s guaranteed! The original record for this action is included in the images and indicates this action was built for H&H .275 Magnum. This action is engraved on its hinged magazine plate, trigger guard and bridges. The action has a single squared rear bridge. The scope mount is manufactured by Griffin & Howe and is a quick detach taking a few seconds to accomplish. The action is serial numbered 28347 with matching numbers on both takedown halves. The box magazine and the receiver flat are further numbered with Mauser serial number 57864. With Holland & Holland rifles costing tens of thousands of dollars to acquire and long waiting periods to have custom rifles built this action could be your first step on building a truly personal custom rifle, a one of a kind!
