Description:
This Husqvarna Model 1640 is stocked in a beautiful, lightly figured piece of wood, with a non checkered schnabel forend and pistol grip. The overall condition of the stock is very good, with light wear overall and a few distinct bruises near the sling swivel. The stock is equipped with a Pachmayr recoil pad and a horn grip cap that shows similar wear to the rest of the stock. The action functions flawlessly and has good metal condition overall, with the wear becoming more pronounced as you get closer to the muzzle. Despite the finish wear near the muzzle, the bore is quite nice with rifling that is both sharp and deep with no sign of corrosion. Finally the scope, is a Leupold Mountaineer 4X with a standard crosshair reticle.
