Ithaca Model M-49 - .22 Magnum Lever Action Saddle Rifle - Western Carbine styled checkered stock with barrel band. 18 In. long barrel with open adj. rear sight and a front bead sight. Martini type action lever load .22 Magnum with rebounding hammer. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 85% bluing. Stock and forend are in very good condition with minimal handling marks for the age of this rifle. Wgt. 5.5 lbs. Overall condition is very good. Includes a new soft sleeve. Scarce hard to find in this condition . This was the rifle that many older shooters learned to shoot with. Manufactured from 1961 to 1978. Great addition to any collection.
