It's "New Old Stock" - never loaded or fired. Ships in factory box with one 30 round magazine. This rifle uses any AR15 5.56 / 223 magazines. Buyer pays $35.00 shipping & insurance to anywhere in the lower 48 - no sales where prohibited by law. Alaska & Hawaii pay actual shipping, E-mail for quote. PA state residents add 6% sales tax. We will only ship this rifle to your FFL dealer.
