Beautiful longrifle in excellent, untouched condition. 44 1/2″ barrel, unsigned, Truitt Bros. lock from Philadelphia. Large capbox, attractive inlays everywhere, checkered wrist. Pennsylvania or Ohio origin, in my opinion. Ramrod has a split near the tip.

Shipping and insurance to you is included (lower 48). However, you'll have to return my aluminum hard case at your expense. PLEASE NOTE: I do not recommend firing the antique guns that I sell. If you decide to do so, you do it at your own risk! This includes working the actions (locks, hammers, triggers, etc.) Old guns (pre-1899) have old parts, including old springs and other internals (we are talking about 150+ years old, on average!). These parts can and do break. You are not buying a new gun; this is an antique/collectible and it is catagorized as such for that reason.
